Products and orders

We aim to describe and photograph our pet products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and individual items. Please check product details, sizes and suitability for your pet before ordering, and use products in accordance with any supplied instructions and supervision advice.

When you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item. We may contact you to resolve an obvious pricing or listing error before fulfilling an affected order.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The full amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver only to eligible UK addresses. Delivery estimates and charges are described in our Shipping policy. If you have a delivery problem, email contact@fieldandtail.shop with your order number.

Returns and cancellations

Our Return and refund policy explains our 30-day return offer, your 14-day right to cancel an online order, return postage and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
